Thanks very much Liz!! Where is "Today's active Topics" please?

L of L - reason I was "asleep" was to try and avoid the company of "friends" who were having a binge drink session in the next room. Funny that - I never woke up, regardless of the inevitable noise they surely must have been making. Just not my thing anymore this binge drinking and then mischief. I'm an old boring sod now who would prefer Portuguese orange juice rather than the alcoholic stuff :D [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

    Cheers!

    Thanks Dendrobe!
I guess when folks sleep they may well develop the double chin like I have in that particular "cute" pic?!

Mrs Royster has been away for the past 4 months and comes back on Sunday, hence the next trip to Heathrow [IMG] and hence, if you did follow a previous thread on "Recipes" posted by Rosa I made a mess of my Yorkshire Puds. Mind you, don't think she (t'other 'arf) would know about Yorkshire Puds either as she is not from these lands.

    Cheers me Dears!
    Roy

I would certainly go for some freshly squeezed orange with ice, rather than beer, most of the time. L of L is a lucky woman in that sense: she can have excellent juice and even cheap down in Portugal !

Now, now L of L you'll be making us all really jealous! Next you'll be telling us all your alcohol (vino) is free too as you have a vinery or something... [IMG]

Dendrobe - mmm... can't say for sure right now. In the early days of "the return" maybe not. But, I am very much in the habit of rising in the wee hours of the morning so then is my chance! Yipeee! :D

No, Royster, I can't tell you that as it wouldn't be true .. I don't even have one grape vine because they don't do seedless grape vines here and thought I was completely mad asking about them! :D

May I be so rude as to ask where Mrs Royster is from "as she is not from these lands." and what is "the return"?

L of L - my wife is Ruski - gavareet pa Ruski, nyet?
Russian. I met her some years before. She was in Edinburgh studying the language for a short while and we kept in touch over the years and viola! - here we are, a married couple, sort of.
Thing is though, her son (8 years old) lives with his grandparents in Russia so Tanya travels back there to stay for months at a time. She comes back to UK for a bit and works and then goes again. Pile of crap really but then thats life.
Oops - I'm shooting me mouth off a bit...

Wow, Honey Bee, hadn't thought of that ... normally send himself over the wall to reap the crop in the daytime when he can see what he's after ... put a new twist on orange harvesting! :D :D
