    Hi everyone.
It has been nice to put faces to names. You all look so happy and young!

LOL - I want your hair!!

Anyway, I suppose you should see me too. It's not often I allow a mug shot but here is one a friend took about 3 weeks ago. Thankfully I was hidden in the shade. The good looking one on the left is hubby. I am being mysterious and interesting in shades.

Hi kryssy and mr kryssy! kryssy, you remind me of a dear friend of mine back in Bucks.

I agree with you, it's nice knowing who you are speaking to other than their avatar!

My hair grows like wildfire, it's grown several inches since this photo taken in January and is now sun bleached. I've had long hair for 40 years (I'm 59) and had this mad moment last May when I had it cut to just a wee bit longer than yours .. never again! My nails do the same thing ... the sun, I think!

    Hi Paladin.
Hi LOL - I always remind people of someone they know - I must have one of those faces. Don't have your hair cut again!! I'm trying to grow mine after a disasterous crew cut last year, but it's so thin now and uneven it could probably do with a professional to have a go at it. I prefer to hack away with the scissors myself - mind you, it does show doesn't it?

    Don't answer that!

    Hello Dancing Queen.

Now that you have changed careers you can probably sort me out from top to toe. I would be interested to know what you could do with my hair. I have only been to the hairdressers three times in my life. Once when I married the first time and it was a disaster. (Actually the haircut and the marriage were disasters) Again when hubby number two treated me 9 years ago and again it was a disaster. Then last year when I was scalped.

As for my clothes - well I have "old faithful" - a jumper which is full of holes and is about as old as Methusala and all my friends have threatened to burn. But, I don't wear it for special occasions but usually from September to April if I'm at home for the day.

My days are usually spent gardening or helping hubby with the DIY so what's the point of dressing up? As I write, I am in cut down and frayed cords given to me by a friend and an old works' T shirt of hubby's which he wore before he retired - about 9 year's ago. But, today I have been a domestic goddess and have cleaned the house as it was raining all day. I didn't think my Versace would be appropriate.

There's no hope for me is there?

Nice to put some more faces to names, even some of the oldest members haven't showed themselves.

Hi kryssy, well i have to say i`m not unlike you really , when i`m at home i`m not comfy unless i`m in cropped jogging pants and an old t shirt , thats the first thing i do when i get home from work . I do like clothes and looking nice , wearing makeup etc its part of the job, if you ever come this way i`ll give you a makeover :D would like to soften your hair on the top , bring it around your face a little :D hope your not offended ,i`m always looking at peoples hair (so beware everyone out there) unless you haven`t got any of course
