Hi John and Pal, you must have posted when I was typing my last one.

John, if you had heard me sing you would know that I wasn't trying to do a Martha impersonation  :D

Pal, I let one of John's friends get at me [IMG]  :D

Don't know which is rippling more... the current of the river or those biceps!!!!

    Really good photo Paul.

[IMG] 2 miles from were I live, langcourt nature reserve.

Were im sitting is a rock fall from were over blasting in the 1930squarry behind me blew off the cliff face.

Its a fantastic place to sit or sunbatheas and a panaramic viewe. The footpath is 100' below so its totally peacfull, I often see pergrines flying as they nest on the cliffs further along.

Looks like a real secret haven you have found there - I can imagine nothing better than sitting there, listening to the sounds from the river and watching those peregrines.

    Tranquil Heaven.

    Oi!

I am very happily paired off both in my Keith and Kath personas thanks!

The last time I ever did anything speedy was in 1978!

I just recognise excellent body score and lean muscle mass ratios. Comes from working with sheep too much!

Sorry Paul, my comments were made because you look very handsome in the pic. It was just an observation. Nothing motive-wise intended.

Gosh I've gone all embarrassed now.
