What a lovely story about Blacky ... just read it to t'other half and he said Blacky was meant to be there at your house and he seemed like he had a good life with you. We are very much cat people.

it was a scorcher of a day and I was wearing some knee length shorts (no shirt)
anyway i thought what the heck the kegs are coming off and I'm gonna get some sun on my body
i layed there on the rug, blacky joined me and i just relaxed and soaked up the sun

i was unaware that my son had taken a pic and did not believe him at first when he told me
he showed it to our family much to my embarrassment he put it on the TV and laughed his head off

i'll get my own back when he brings a girlfriend home for the 1st time - have some baby photos of him with sticky up hair - like a punk rocker LOL

Well, I'm bumping this cos I just have to comment - I'd forgotten about this thread to be honest but it's so lovely to look back on it. Some very brave people here, not mentioning any names CUMBERLAND, lol. Only joking.

Like has been said, it's lovely to put faces to names.

It is nice to put faces to names. As a long term lurker I recognise the regular usernames and I enjoyed looking through the pics today. So, now that I've jumped in and sussed out how to post pics, might as well add mine:

 

I have just been catching up, great to see another face :thumb:
I wish some of our longer standing members would do the same.
