Yes @Logan the thread for watching programmes is on here:biggrin:

Is anyone else watching The Loch?I can't get into the plot but the stunning Scottish scenery is to die for and at least we can say we've been there and there and there:biggrin:

Going to miss Versailles tonight and hope they get a move on and get the next series filmed but at l sat we still have Ross to drawl over but I think the latest run of Supervet has just finished ready for Wimbledon I suspect:sad:

This afternoon i went to my physio appointment, had more exercises to do and had the brace adjusted to 90 Deg.
It hurts a lot to do the sit ups in the chair, but she said if it doesn't go off in a few hours, it might have been too much.

@Kandy they don't show Wimbledon on channel 4.
But their showing repeat of the super vet.

Just ignore me @Logan as I was just having a blonde moment.I have watched enough Wimbledon over the years to know what channel it is usually on:old::thud: Mind you I have got a bit bored with it over the last few years as it always seems to be the same ones in the final of both the men's and ladies and I think I would rather go for a nice walk instead

I didn't realise you were having problems Logan and it all sounds pretty horrendous at the moment:doctor: :grphg:

It must be channel 4 I have seen it on and also the other channel you said earlier as I do remember scrolling down a long way. When I was confined to the house for six weeks and Mr Kandy went off walkabout, that is when I tended to scroll down the listings:biggrin:

I am not a fan of Tom Jones, more into David Cassidy and Michael Jackson when I was a bit younger:biggrin:

@Verdun we watch the news at six to get the headlines and then the weather but don't usually watch the ten o'clock one as we are usually heading up to bed by then:snooze:

@Kandy Andy Murray didn't win it last year, i don't watch the women's because all of the grunting. 10 weeks ago, i fractured my knee. Had it in plaster for 6 weeks. Got to get it working again, by doing the exercises, but it does hurt over the knee. When i do them.:sad:I used to like tom Jones with his old songs. I like David Cassidy the Jackson 5, Donny Osmond.TRex. Why were you confined to the house.?

Remember a few years ago when a former member of GC collected a "cutting" or two (dozens) from your Euonymus fortunei 'Emerald 'n' Gold' :heehee: I still recall the look on Mrs Shiney's face  Oh, she had no qualms about the taking of cuttings - she has a heart bigger than the Grand Canyon ... she was merely stunned by the mess left on the floor afterwards :rasp: :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

I inherited a small Euonymus fortunei 'Emerald 'n' Gold' when I moved here and I think of that moment each time I look at it :heehee: Happy Days!

@Logan I was thinking of when the Williams sisters keep winning it although now that Serena is pregnant and Venus has been involved in the death of a pensioner in a road traffic accident I can't see her playing well but who knows.:th scifD36: I don't like the Banshees either and have to turn the sound down.Evidently a new male player from my home town is going to Wimbledon this year although he is 800 in the rankings:biggrin:

Sorry to hear about your knee fracture it sounds pretty awful especially being in plaster for six weeks.I expect the physio is so that the knee doesn't seize up:grphg:

One of my nieces tried jumping down a couple of steps on her house stairs and badly damaged her knee and she has just had her third op to try and get it right but the ops and physio are not working. At least she is on the right side of forty for healing:biggrin:

I had a bunion op and hammer toe correction done to me 13 weeks ago so wasn't allowed out of the house for six weeks nor could I get the dressings wet.I got terribly depressed with it all as I am normally quiet an active person but it had to be done.It was nice being waited on though:biggrin: There is a thread on here somewhere of my progress:smile:

I liked T.Rex and the Osmonds especially Donny and even liked The Carpenters and Abba.I don't know half the singers and bands these days and would love to know why Adele needs to shout when she sings.I must be getting :old:

Make me laugh reading all these posts. Some naughty man here! News at 10??? :pathd:

@zenj Even your bird couldn't escape from the rain, by the look of it. How depressing has that been? No wonder your whole town went on holiday on sunny isle .. It has been very humid here and we had a fan in our cookery class.

Talking about Wimbledon, I think grunting should be banned. It's distracting and unfair to the player who doesn't grunt. Hope they haven't let that cheat, Maria decibelle, out of the jail..

@Kandy Sorry about your neice. I tripped up and fell over a concrete balard,i wasn't looking where i was going. I was lucky. The physio is to make the knee work again. That must have been painful, having your bunion done. My favourite is the carpenters, nearly got all of their albums. Also 2 collections. I was thinking the other day, 3 of my favourite singers have died Karen Carpenter, Freddie Mercury and George Michael.
It seems to be thing these days shouting.
