Ooo, the news is on again :rasp:. The Autistic Gardener is growing on me...Allan Gardner is excellent for opening your imagination to different ways of doing things in the garden. If you haven't seen it check it out.
        Morning everyone :)
        Overcast but humid.

@Verdun it's on channel 4, don't watch a lot on channels that have got adverts. Only thing is super vet.Always record it and fast forward. Had trouble with the Handmaids Tale, it kept sticking when trying to fast forward,so i gave up in the end. Didgystream hard drive recorder and it gets locked up when that happens. Have to take the plug out at the back and put it back in again. I always leave things like that to Hubby. I'm not that a teck person.

        Morning everybody.....are you all well?
Warm but cloudy at the moment

Thoroughly agree with you @Verdun about The Autistic Gardener...really does make you look at things differently!. Watched the latest one last night on catch up. When I first heard that two gardens were being combined....I thought no way would it work.......but it certainly did , and brilliantly too!
        He's a genius...and a character too!

Well we are off NT visiting today, going to Kingston Lacy in Dorset so only a short drive away. Been several times before , the gardens are lovely ,they have a beautiful Japanese garden , and Acer one and Bamboo section too plus of course the very interesting house to look around which is steeped in history. All in all a brilliant day awaits:yahoo:

Hope you all have a very enjoyable start to the new week too... Marvelous Monday to you all :)

Have you just tried channel 4 catch up @Logan, no problem there at all and saves the hassle of recording.....I can't even remember when we last recorded a programme ,must be more than 20 yrs ago!
We also have Fire Tv Stick which also provides alot of catch ups too.

With All 4..you tend to get the first lot of adverts then subsequent ones are a lot shorter. We don't watch a lot on channels with adverts either.

@Loopylupin There is nothing wrong with digression. Just come here and say what you want. A friendly discussion and as you can see, we are all chatterboxes. Lovely pics.. The buds are so beautiful set against the blue sky...

Would love to see your lupins ...

IMG_0814.JPG IMG_0812.JPG Mr Kandys cousin up in Sutton Coldfield is great friends with Alan Gardner and he has an allotment plot next to hers:smile:She offered some peas off of plot but he declined them saying he doesn't eat green vegetables:biggrin: He also gave her and her hubby free passes to get into Chelsea flower show a few years ago when he had an exhibit in it:smile:

I see the female singer with the loud voice has cancelled two of the dates and the fans are going mad as they had booked not only the tickets but had flights and hotels booked:nonofinger:

Anyway,we have just got back from a nice walk although I must say it is a bit nippy in the wind today, brrrr:eeew: No Lottie today as we had a good few picking sessions so will spend time taking down a large shrub that might be causing problems with our conservatory.

These were from last month, they have gone over now but I have a couple of new ones just starting to come into flower. I have a lovely purple one but some little critter munched the tip off the other night!
It's a work in progress.....isn't all gardening.....so will be adding more for next year.
