@shiney Yes i remember it, with black and white TV. I remember hiding when i watching the daleks attacking people.I was born in 1957.

 

Hope your sister is ok Upsy. Sounds like she was lucky

@shiney I must have been too young to remember exactly what the episodes were.

I use to hide behind the sofa when the Cybermen were on.......still scare me to this day!!!!

 

Thanks @Verdun and @Logan ...she is still very poorly and they can't do much to treat the pancreatitis as her heart heartbeat has slowed right down....very worrying times , also very hard to make sure that our dad is given 'just' enough info without telling him ' every worrying detail.

 

@Verdun That's why I want to adopt you as my uncle.. Well done for relieving that man in the van of £400. My neighbour's wife was terribly injured by a man in a van and that dramatically changed the quality of her life.

I do hope you keep a dog, @Verdun . Living by yourself can be quite vulnerable.

@Perki So nice of you to make an appearance .. Can never forget your flowers. Today, I bought a Gaillardia, another helenium hoopesii.. They remind me of your and @Verdun's flower planting and @Mark56 's photos of Wisley.

@Upsydaisy I hope your sister gets well soon as you've had enough on your plate.
