Gardening failures

    Some of my acacia have been frazzled by the frost, though boormanii and pravissima seem ok. My echiums are also black - they looked as though they were going to flower soon
    I think the UK weather fools us into complacency. I used to have lots of Australian plants in Nottinghamshire, until the winter of 2010, with a week reading -10, did for them. Ho hum... We just start again.
