      Thanks Zigs/John, scrappers and knifes i find lots while out metal detecting, ive managed to find two Neolithic arrowheads, keep your eye out for the scrappers and knifes John, sorry for the off topic i will see if i can find the interesting finds in the garden thread.

                  Just a thought....

                  The amount of sharp tools around the home is scary. My haul includes, machete, panga, knives, craft knives, stanley`s, scythes, pitch forks, chainsaw, axe, mini axe`s, and hammers.

                  And thatsjust the stuff i need to fight of my bindweed invaders ;)

                                I use an old pair of sheep shears for almost all of my cutting/dead heading and trimming, nothing to break and easy to sharpen, bit big to fit in your pocket though.
