I am so sorry to read this. You must be feeling rotten at the moment and really missing him.

What a handsome, shiny and content looking puss in your photo's though. You should be proud of the fact that you gave him 15 happy years and I think I like Kandyfloss's belief that he and Candi are now keeping each other company.

Thank you tiggs&oscar. Yes, he looked so healthy right up to the end, just his kidneys had given up working, poor darling. Sis said that t'other had some sad moments over Candi before she got my e-mail about Gato, so she also wondered if Candi called Gato.

 

I am so sorry to hear your sad news KG. I cant say anything to help except that he was a very lucky and well-loved chap and Im sure he knew thatxx

Today I received this wonderful ink drawing of my darling Gato from DAG.





It is copied from a photo of Gato sitting in the garden on the 6th May, two days after his 15th birthday. You can see the photo on page 1 of this thread.

DAG, thank you so much, it is a beautiful reminder of a beautiful and loveable cat.
