A good idea Yvonne, a log cabin would look nice though. :)

I know, I would love a log cabin! This design has so much flexibility because it comes in kit "cells" and you can add as many as you need to create the right size living space.

Haha! come and look at my little stream, also at the start of it (Umborne Brook) its a good 3 feet below the paddock - but this is what it did! Still has lots of little trout and no real harm done!

Ziggy - yes sill got it - not used enough though :frown: let me know if you want to go fishing, you living near Bridport now? :fishing:

Jungle Jane, look on Right move etc and tick land only, or talk to your local Agents, there's usually only one or two who do most of the land/farm transactions.

                      Congratulations, Ziggy :blue thumb:

                      Looks a lovely place.

Does it mean that the access is permissive from the owner of Lot C? How wide is the track? Do have a gate? Will you need one?

Is there any covenant on the land (or planning rule) that will stop you putting your caravan on there? Similar question re polytunnel and/or allotment. I guess a poly is a simple non-permanent structure so should not be a problem - but no waccy allowed! :heehee:
