        @Jungle Jane I've just been googling land for sale, Dorset :)

        @shiney No covenants afaik, in the hands of my solicitros now :) Got right of way along the track, wide enough to drive down but the access from the road is a bit steep.

        Great idea, lets form the GC commune we talked about years ago, we could live on next to nothing with our Scrunging, fishing and foraging skills. I'll get Plot A, is Plot B big enough for your Open Day's shiney?

                    Went up there earlier, they've put a gate on and put a fence up on the lower boundary :)

                    Looking along the hedge there's Field Maple, Hawthorne, Sloes, Elderberries & Native Privet.
