      Lets see your carved pumpkins then, if possible/applicable one in daylight, one at night illuminated too. All/anyone can enter their carved pumpkins for this, you don't have to have grown one yourself.

      I'll set up a poll vote for the weekend early Sat morning, for members to vote for their favourite.

                Here's the seeds I scooped out of mine, drying on trays to eat another time. It took me over an hour to scoop out the pulp, then wash and clean the seeds - longer than it took me to carve the face:
