Penny I have never heard of that programme before
I was in america for 4 years lived in Rockford Illinois never heard or seen it then mind you that was in 1996,

 

Its 3:10pm here and it was cool this morning...got up at 6:30 to shower for work and let the dog out and it was 6degress out, thats it. By 8pm it black here as well and lot cooler at night!
So i guess you'll be staying in then if your tired, and maybe you should and let your eye rest.

Did you ever answer the bit about how do you manage to not eat?My mum would have fits if I was like that.Luckily I have a good appetite

 

I try not to eat any bread at all, and eat lots of fruit, thats my lunch everyday!
