I have a Geranium Endressi in my garden, the problem I have with it is, every year just as it is in full bloom, the plant seems to splay out from the middle and looks so unsightly, has anyone any ideas about this please.

I would use peasticks to support the stems.

    G. endressi, Endress's geranium. 15 - 18". This is a mounding, spreading, sprawling plant with soft-pink flowers. 'Wargrave Pink' has rich pink flowers.

Silly question, But, do you cut it to ground level in the Autumn?

    Nathan.

Geranium endressii and G. x oxonianum families both produce lots of leaves and flowers. Cut them hard back as soon as flowering finishes and you will get a repeat show of flowers later in the season. It also avoids all the inferior seedlings as they cross hybridise easily. We use a strimmer here at the nursery!
