@Allan Hodgson ....Oh no what's wrong with them? mine aren't looking too happy either, not really growing...still look the same as they did weeks ago:dunno:......I've had them in a propagator at a constant 13 degrees but 4 I left out unprotected on the bench in the GH...there's been some cold nights but they look the strongest....

i bought a plastic greenhouse and the wind shook it quite a bit, everything fell off the shelves so when i came back to it everything was on the floor in a pile of compost and pots lol. ive mannaged to salvage a few though, is it too early to plant them out? i had allot of the kelsae's fail to sprout too, did you have many fail?

          So it did:scratch:....

Thinking about it Freddy...you're right there:blue thumb: i was using a light for a while above the prop but then decided not to bother as i didn't use one last year and they were ok but looking back they were spindly then....

Hiya Loli. If it were me, I'd be getting them out during the day to get them as much light as possible. Remind me, where is your 'prop'?

Hmm, is it possible to just uncover the 'prop' during the day? That's what I did last year if memory serves. In fact, I may even have left it uncovered at night, just relying on bottom heat to keep them going. Obviously, if it was going to be particularly cold, then I would cover them up.

These are the Kelsaes that i have mollycoddled in the propagator at a constant 13 degrees...

            P1030338.JPG

and these are the ones i 'took a chance on'...as soon as they germinated i took them out of the propagator and left them to their own devises...the GH is frost free but got way below 13 degrees at times...

            P1030340.JPG

I've got them all out now
