These got hardly any coverage, which is a joke when bands like Coldplay & U2 got hour long specials...

 

I was chatting excitedly with friends who were at Glasto about the phenomenal Chasing Status set. Apparently it was insane. I love that point you reach when music moves you so much, your head goes back, you throw your arms open as wide as they'll go and just allow the music to wash over you.
Janelle Monae was also rated highly. Her band were ace.

For all the hype Pendulum were decent but no where as good as the Chasing Status lads.
And no sign of the BRILLIANT dancing fat man from their video for Slam Slam I love that guy!

Did you see QOTSA? They were on at the same time as Beyonce, but were in the highlights package later. Josh Homme. That is all.

 

I don't like Pendulum, QOTSA, Beyonce or ''Chasing Status'', either :D I always thought they were called Chase 'N Status?

 

Ha! Too funny!

And Im not keen on Morrisey! I cant separate his tune from the noxious politics!

So do you dance then? Or is shoe-gazing enough? :D

 

I don't listen to Shoegaze!

I don't really have a preference when it comes to music & genres, because good music is good music!

But, Morrissey IS God and he was in the best band ever!

And also, The Gaslight Anthem were incredible at Glasto, but again, BBC ignored this and didn't add them to their mini-site..
