    Its a fact Hec, my doctor advised me to take a course of vit B12 3 weeks before I go abroad. Never tried it yet though. 02

    Thats very interesting. I might have to try that and give my hubby some cause he comes up in huge big red lumps not very attractive lol

    O. K I braved the garden , spent about 2 hours cutting back and having a good tidy.
    I covered myself in Avon dry oil .
    No more bites.:thmb:
    But the old ones are itching like mad.
    The ones in my hair are now scabbing over .:euw:
