Muir of Ord is just a few miles from where I live. This is the person I was referring to last evening FC, when answering Clueless in a post. I didn't want to bring the shamefulness of the woman to this thread. She will undoubtedly be ostracised by the people living in the area and her business will collapse. She has also been struck off by the National Federation of Fish Friers.

 

She will be lucky if she isn't burnt out.

I googled it. I also won't share it here. I will say though that despite the shameful behaviour at the centre of the story, there is a positive to be drawn from the reaction. It seems that a lot of people felt their need to publicly show that they disagree strongly with her views and were prepared to stand up to demonstrate that point.

There are three women in the states, Harvard Professors etc, who have made some pretty nasty remarks and I am sure that they will face a quiet backlash if they try to advance in life.
