It's desperate, isn't it. When will it ever end?

 

It was ok when I was there, bit of rocket fire, machine guns, Palestinians trying to get us to take a bomb back on the El Al plane.

Apparently I slept thru the bit where our plane was being shot at, well, it was a night flight

Already been N/G, that was five weeks ago
An interesting place, Jerusalem. One gets a sense of underlying tension, but everyone goes about their business. We visited the Wailing Wall, where I left a small message. It was packed with the locals, and there was an atmosphere of rejoicing with spontaneous outbursts of singing.
Very sad that the inhabitants can't get along. I suspect it will be forever so.
