      Hope it works out for you.

      It's getting hard out there - my business partner and I are owed £60k at the moment. We can ride that at the moment, but one of the tenants in one of our units is said to be in difficulties. If they default this month we may have to go for repossession of it rather than try to help them out - it all has a knock on effect. With even half of the monies owed the instinct would be to stand by them, but it's forcing a dog eat dog situation.

      Time to quit the motor trade methinks.......

        £60k is a lot, but reposession is rarely good for either party, get them round the table asap. Hope you can sort it out:thumbsup:

        They don't owe us £60k (that is the total that everyone owes us), but the fact is that the company that we use for bodywork is looking for larger premises in a secure yard, and can pay every month. We're prepared to let the current occupants have the smaller unit next door for free for maybe three months when it becomes vacant at the end of January, but they more or less told us where to go, so my charity is running out.........
