I don't understand why such devices have to announce where their messags came from - like "Sent from my Blackberry" on emails - who cares? I'm just interested in the message content

I, for one, would never buy a Nexus 7 simply because I find it annoying that every message from Aesculus has that redundant marketing message attached. (Aesculus: if you can turn it off I for one would appreciate that)
