:) no doubt would be a match for mine when I serve up the never ending Celery soup C/O a complete over production last season. I have been warned that if I even contemplate growing Celery again my life could be in danger:)

@silu Perhaps a spot of ground elder soup would bring back fond memories of the celery...

Do I detect a touch of Glasgow humour going on @Irmemac ? I'm just a dour Fifer who is feeling even more dour than normal after the dreadful display by our Rugby team yesterday:wallbanging::).

Och, no, @silu, just loved your celery adventures after last summer. Used to imagine taking a trip over in the eastern countryside and passing the end of a driveway with the sign "Free celery - minimum 10kg uplift"!

There was rugby yesterday..... Not a sports fan, I'm afraid, but doesn't sound like a great result.

You didn't miss a thing with the rugby yesterday @Irmemac , the Scots played as tho they had porridge in their boots:mute:.
You were fairly accurate in your imaginings except the sign said 20 not 10 kg:snorky:. Any time you are around the north Fife/Perth area give me a shout, you'd be more than welcome to pop in for lunch, you'll know what is on the menu:)

That's very kind of you @silu, and a very beautiful part of the country too. We stopped in Perth for coffee last weekend on the way to Dundee for a couple of nights. Not sure I would like to assume what's on the menu though... ground elder or celery?:heehee:
