Fab video Ziggy! I couldnt tell from his accent where Henry Thurston was from.

Its like a hybrid of Bajan/ American via Somerset.

I went back up to the site and left seven foxgloves in small pots which should flower next year. And also some shasta daisies and lily of the valley which I was going to throw on the compost.

 From his accent Melinda & what he grows I would say Jamaica or at least one of the Caribbean islands..... :thumb: I have many friends out there with similar gardens... Well done Ziggy for finding that clip...

 I hope you planted your plants Melinda as that is what Gorilla gardening is about... Well done you.. :gnthb:

I didnt think his accent sounded Jamaican at all! Bajan or Trinidadian perhaps- there is definitely a softish lilt to it.

I was too nervous to actually plant anything MF! It didnt feel like my place to do it, so I just left the plants in a bag with a note!

I might take up some salad and herbs if I can find some time over the weekend. Im racing much of tomorrow.

Remind me, was that Dylan Thomas ?

You got a garden in Jamaica Marley ? Wow, bet that takes some watering, most of us only have allotments  Got any pics ?:)
