Gunnera, how's yours doing?

    It gets bigger than that,leaves can grow 5ft wide :heehee:

      Hi sal,
      It's very moisture retentive compost and soil mixed, in a shady part of the garden. The pot has a tiny drain hole about a third up that I drilled, other than that, it's sealed, so it gets all the moisture it needs.
      The gunnera is a year old now and hasn't done much since I bought it. I'll see what it's like y the end of the season.

      Some plants just do not like the confines of a pot, I tried to grow campanula in a tub a few years ago and it did nothing, as soon as I stuck it in the ground it took off!!!
