Nice dog. They are very much 'people' dogs. I even get an escort to the toilet from mine.
What is she like as a guard dog?

Hi G, Gypsy was,nt brought as a guard dog ,more a companion/friend.She,s been trained to love and respect all people,as I do.But I am sure in any Hostile situation she would come out on top.

Well same here but unlike Duke the old labrador she is always ready to protect her family. We treat her like a baby and she would do anything to keep us safe.
Only two things have scared her, and in both cases she jumped on to my knee...
    1) a tea towel silently falling to the ground
    2) while we were caravanning......an owl hooting.

Hi G.Gypsy for some reason she,s got an irrational fear of black dustbin bags,And we are
being overrun with foxes, she just goes ballistic
when she see,s one.I do get a bit concerned as my friend has Gypsys brother (Ben) and he,s caught a very bad case of mange off the foxes. [IMG]
