    Hi HB

Mrs shiney and I have just had the two Dragons. They look, smell and taste like Bird's Eye chillies but weren't quite as hot - about the same heat as the Nagas.

It has been an interesting experience as it is always fun to try new things. The other week I received a box of four different flavoured smoked salmon to test, from a company in Cumbria that smokes the fish. They were interesting because of the big difference between them. One of them was smoked with Thai spices and garlic. We had friends round and did a proper tasting.

Thanks for sending the chillies [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]
