    Good news about Mark...The cast is off and he's benn told to begin trying to walk again. No Physio though:scratch:..just careful at first. Any tips for a speedy recovery?

    Pal, spoke to son about any advice regarding care after plaster removal.
    He did not have any physio and said
    he had to be careful for about a year -------[​IMG]
