Harassment of gardeners?

    Well i was once moaned at whilst shredding some stuff in a customers garden bloke said to me cant u come back tomorrow i said no its a sunday an one of you nice neighbours reported this woman to the council anyway so i aint stopping :D so he sodded off

    who honestly reports a 84 year old woman fer haveing an untidy garden :rolleyes:

    Well the funny thing was it wasnt that noisey even the woman was out in the garden reading a book lol

    Shiney-Some can reach 50ft tall in the right climate

    You do, Shiney, mind, some plants never really take off, but the best specimens bear the most amazingly funny fruits ;)

    I don't get harrassed, four houses on the East side are recent owners and we have established a very friendly group. The house on the West side just ignore us, won't cut the thorn hedge (now 20-25ft high) and have four noisy b***** dogs, two of them Alsations. I cut my side of the hedge but have to use Wolf Garten secateurs and Grecian saw with a 4 metre handle, the trouble is that nearing 80 it's a struggle to hold the secateurs to cut the branches.
