I've not watched any of it, but am on what is, currently, the last book he's published. Then waiting for the next one to see how it all ends

 

If it's accurate re the books, there's a lot of gratuitous naughty scenes lol! And blood and gore. Not a chapter seems to go by that someone gets killed!

 

Not my sort of thing.

Heard people banging on about it, though, but not for me.

 

This thread got dragged up from 2 years ago as a spammer was trying to sell us the boxed set of dvd's

 

Most the way thru series 3 - Quality of the HBO production still high, some inspired casting, such as Wilko Johnson (Dr Feelgood, Ian Dury & The Blockheads) as Sir Ilyn Pain in Series 1 & 2. Peter Dinklage continues to rock.

I feel I should mention that there seems to be an increase in chaps taking their shirts off as well as the ladies in the recent episodes. Very PC.

I do not wish to purchase a DVD box set at this time, since it will need to be replaced when series 4 is made... :-)
