      Apparently there are warnings about hand picking mushrooms :sad: some are dangerous!

      You can study up on which ones are OK and which ones aren't.

      I always hand pick because they are cheaper than the pre-packed. The girl on the checkout assured me they are safe though. Thank God !

      Your term 'hand pick' seems to refer to picking them off the shell at the supermarket! :scratch: Those are OK. Hand picked usually means going out into the countryside and picking them.
