Hedgehogs

Linz you are very welcome to all the advice . Ask as much as you want as often as you want. You're doing a great job under difficult circumstances. I'm not an expert by any means but I have 5 1/2 years experience with hedgehogs so I've learned a few things along the way and I'm always happy to be able to pass on the benefit of that experience to others. Knowledge is never a bad thing, its what we do with it that makes the difference.

Vet rang me earlier as have a hog for me. Poor bean got his legs tangled in barbed wire.

 

You really are a gem have learned so much over the last week or so, just hope they get to see spring.

All 3 have gone to a lady in Caerphilly who works for the hedgehog helpline. I can ring up for updates in the meantime. Fingers crossed they will recover and gain the weight they need to be released. Thank you all for your help

 

Great news! Had one hedgehog back yesterday, he's up to 630g. Turns out he was very sick, had been attacked by a dog and had two abceseses. Been drained and treated and he's back on form should have the other 2 back within the next week or so!
