Ola jjdecay! Welcome from the warm, sunny Southern Iberian Peninsula.

The forum is full of knowledgeable people in all aspects of gardening ... but first you must tell us what you / your fiancee would like to achieve with your plot of land.

    Enjoy!

    Basically,we have a large area,aprox 700sq meters.
First and foremost,it has to be child friendly.we have a 2 year old running around.secondly,we want to keep it garden/woodlandish,with wildlife welcome.
And of course,it has to be somewhere pleasant to sit on summer evenings.

Hi, again ... it's a Victoria violacea, a beauty which has bloomed nonstop since my sister, Kedi-Gato of Germany, gave it to me last October.

It would also be useful to know how hot your summers get and how cold the winters.

summers have been up in the 30's to 40's
winters down to about -10,or lower.

The closest I`ve been to Germany is either when I fly over it or when I listen to Germanys finest musical export,Rammstein,my wife can`t stand them! :D :D :D
