I meant that brazilian people in forums are not as friendly as you are in here, most of them are just trolls :(
It is a beautiful country, I must agree. IMHO the problem with Brasil is the brazilian.
There was a rationing but it has been raining pretty hard for the last few weeks, so the level of Cantareira (Water Dam for SP) has raised to 11%, which is low but better than the previous 4%.
