When you say "small" - what size is it?
Apart from the layer of light frost, is there any other distinguishing feature? Grass? Paving? Weeds? Shrubs? Trees?
Being a basic level gardener is a great place to be: so much fun ahead of you
Which type of "gardening" tickles your fancy? Container growing? Tropical? Cottage garden? Fruit/Veg? A place to sit and relax? A place to entertain? Other?
Do you have any photos of your garden that you would care to share so we can throw ideas at you?
