Yes, that is precisely what I mean :blue thumb:
Country? Modern? Wild? Jungle? Container? Produce? :)

Not really sure as yet as looking at new ideas and not decided what style I like the most so at this stage open minded, I do like the idea of growing herbs and I am looking at getting an allotment plot this year for the first time, but general gardening I dont have a set thing, I just enjoy the process of being outside and creating & learning.

I shall look forward to getting to know you & hearing about your garden, your allotment will be fantastic, I've always wanted one, I have three veggie/fruit patches in the garden! :snork:.

I'm sure it will evolve as you learn and create :)

In my last garden, I grew herbs in my borders, but since moving (smaller, and darker, garden) I'm keeping them in pots. That way I can move them around to where they will get the most sun :)

Have you taken a look at the members gallery yet? There are some really inspiring photo's and there are some threads where members have posted their garden transformations over time.

hello i'm new too, currently a design student at Brunel university. I have a passion for gardening and i am basing my major project on it. I have a survey that would be very useful to me if you could fill it when they let me post links on here?

:sign0016: to GC George and best of British with your degree

Have you messaged a member of Admin to ask about the survey (I know we have had several in the past).
Before your survey goes "live" and you invite people to complete it, I hope you don't mind, but just a couple of hints and tips for you.
~ proof read it; proof read it; proof read it!
~ make sure you run it past your Tutor so they can cast their expert eye over it
          then
~ ask if your Uni gives you (free) access to Bristol Online Surveys (it's an academic survey builder = more professional looking than survey monkey and generates high quality results in terms of analysis) Ask your librarian as most universities subscribe to it but undergrads tend not to know about it.
~ check the questions follow a logical path
