EMFJI Rosa - but as Dag says if you have XP then you should have the ability to "rstore" to a previous date. It is worth doing once, but not adivsable to repeat more than a couple of times

Click "start" - then "all programmes" - then "accessories", then "system tools" - a window will appear, click on restore to an earlier time - and another window will appear with a calander. The restore dates - i.e. the ones you can restore to are shown as bold. Click on close to but before the date you had a problem. - then next and follow the prompts.
