Aaaw thanks Melinda glad you like them:) such photogenic plants.
Our garden in a 3rd of an acre with a small woodland area, a large pond (the digger driver got a bit carried away :heehee:) and a much smaller one in the front garden, all done from scratch (except the wood)over the last 10 years, the gardens terraced as we're on a really steep slope, still working on it, and sure I always will be, constant fight against bindweed and ground elder but I will win:yess:, looking at these every day makes it all worthwhile:),don't have any help, except hubby does the lawns and hedges, really must stop digging more borders and extending the daylily bed, just can't resist them though, takes a lot of time to upkeep :rolleyespink: but love it.

Stunning picture of "Peacock Maiden". If that's not a perfect flower, it's still a perfect photo! I love daylilies, but mine have only just started flowering. Only have a few - lack of space.

Well done Pollie, well deserved saw some pictures of your stand beautiful:)
Sorry its taken me so long to get back to you, been on holiday for a week and then had a pretty awful time when we got back.
The vet discovered what was wrong with Fudge, after two lots of antibiotics and water tablets he was still no better, so the vet did a chest xray only to discover he had an enlarged heart and his lungs were full of fluid, he put him on different tablets(13 a day)a couple of days before we went away, he perked up quite a bit so did relax a bit on holiday, daughter even texted to say he'd been going through the bins in their bedrooms and been eating a dead bird in the garden, typical Fudge, unfortunately thursday he became very ill really quickly and when we came home friday he didn't even have the energy to come and greet us, kept collapsing and panting, couldn't get comfortable his tummy was so bloated, we took him straight to the vet who said there was nothing more he could do, the water tablets he'd doubled up on weren't working and he would 'drown' in his own fluids, couldn't bear to see that, just can't believe how quickly he'd come to this, so we cuddled him while the vet put him to sleep, hardest thing I've done in my life, just can't stop crying at the moment he was such a gentle boy its so unfair,we all miss him so much its just too quite.
