I'm happy with the baskets so far, as they are now starting to trail ... I wanted to plant something that remains good for 12 months of the year

berry smoothie is nice, however during winter, it looks a bit drab ... if you want a red one, georgia peach is the best one that I have planted (so far) .... it can handle full sun aswell as shade and looks good 12 months of the year ... it changes colour as the season's change and becomes a lot darker during winter

I will take photos of some georgia peach planted together with Heucherella solar power (which is a yellow one and which also grows well in full sun or semi shade) when I work at the pub again ....

the combination of the two brightens up the area and both are strong growers .... it's the 1st time that I have planted solar power and I'm well impressed so far

here's the pics of the solar power huecherela ....

this one is in full sun, so at the moment, it had a darker yellow and darker red tinge to the leaves:

these 2 photos shows it when it is mass planted together with Huechera Georgia peach and Hakonechloa Macra Aureola: (this bed is not yet completed, as there are some shrubs which will be planted close to the fence ....

this is what the solar power looks like when planted in shade .... at the moment, it has a greener tinge to the leaves compared to those planted in full sun:

and here is a pic showing georgia peach planted together with hakonechloa macra aureola and dryopteris affinis the king ferns ..... bear in mind, all these plants are still tiny (they were plug plants a few weeks ago, but are growing strongly now) .... should look good next year when they have filled out, and the ferns have gained some size

Very, very nice Dim. Such good doers aren't they. Especially for people who like their garden to look respectable but haven't the time to do a lot of gardening. Very good value for money plants,
                thanks Dim,
                Jenny
