Welcome to GC Eva. :) Even with the tall buildings around your garden you have plenty of sunshine which is obviously a bonus for growing. Both Armandii and I garden on a sandy soil and know the pitfalls, but it is workable and there are plenty of plants that will love it!

You won't always believe what members tell you, even if they are admin! :heehee:

Welcome to GC Eva. Love your plans and how organised you are. I'm sure you'll soon knock that garden into shape. Can I ask what you've already got started in your propagators?

It makes me so happy to hear you think I'm organised

At the moment I've started some butterhead lettuce (it said sow direct but my beds aren't ready), purple sprouting broccoli, peas, runner beans and two types of rocket, one of which, named 'Runway' has already germinated within 24h! Now I regret planting the other variety but hey, you live and learn :p

              Hallo Eva,
I love your enthusiasm and your plans. It looks a lovely sheltered garden and I look forward to seeing you around the Forum. Hope you'll find a sunny hot spot for a tomato or two,
