    Hi Longk
    There are some good nurseries within about 30 miles. I often obtain plants and shrubs from Buckingham Nursery, and if I want some of really good quality, I would travel over to The Burford Garden Company. It really depends upon the kind of plants you require. If you are after some specific species, let me know and I will gladly help

    I'll take a look at Buckingham nursery in the spring - thanks.
    Burford GC is just a few miles from me and good for interesting tender plants/houseplants (as is Yarnton GC) but outdoor plants are largely more of the same.
    Have you been to Bunkers Hill Garden Shop? They have a better range of less common species at good prices. And if you're out Abingdon way Marcham Nurseries are worth a look for similar reasons.

    There are proposals going to be put forward that they build the new international airport near there to coincide with HS2 :hate-shocked: but I'm not sure it will get much of a hearing.
