High blood pressure

    Sorry, don't have time to read all.
    Just want to add, salt and caffine products do raise the blood pressure.
    If you check on Natural solutions. com and have a look they will have suggestions.
    And your weight is not always a sign of blood pressure problems, some very skinney and active folks have high blood pressure.

    When I was younger mine was always low, like 86 over 60. I am now at the "norm" , but I older than your wife. When I was that low the nurse would tell me to eat salt.

    High blood pressure is not something you play around with, it is a dangerous situation.

    I would also look up the medication the doctor prescribed and see what side effects there are.
