    Not unlike the "Bishop" ones though (in fact more petals :) ) - not all Dahlias are pompous Pom-Poms eh? :heehee:

      I prefer the "Bishop" type, for a border. A couple of years ago I grew several "Bishop's Children" from seed. They gave quite a good spread of colours and foliage. This year they should be bigger and better - I hope.

      Just to second what others have said Hill House is a great nursery and a lovely location. good prices too
