Horse manure

    For the stuff straight off the paddock, I use it pretty much immediately on the beds or as a mulch on my trees. Having said that its not very dense as such and soon gets worked into the soil by the worms ie it disappears. Sadly I'm getting an expert on this subject......

    I use Horse Manure as a swear word in the garden when all is not going too well. If in doubt store it for a year or so
