Hi from the "sunshine coast of North Yorkshire" (well sometimes, )
Just thought I would register when the site came up on Ask Jeeves.

One question that is interesting me is " Is it good practice to pinch the growing tip out of young annual seedlings ? and if so does this apply to all or just specific young seedlings ?

I am restricted to 'backyard' gardening but I have many containers, the walls are covered with ivy, clematis, honeysuckle, 2 different types of Jasmin, and climbing roses. I have a small fishpond in one corner surrounded by a rockery and have just replaced the filter with a new one, which unfortunately, |I cannot get a proper seal on the lid, so, if it is still the same tomorrow, |I am afraid I am going to take it back to where I bought it...I have corsican mint growing in between the flags and loads of other sensory plantsk-l

    Hi,

I found this site using google.
The search term was 'gardeners forum' and you came up as the 3rd listing.....the first un-sponsored one.

    ATB :)
