How did you find us?

Yes I find that too, this year it's my cucumber plants X2, I'm not sure if it's cucumber beetle or they aren't getting enough UV since the sun decided to hide away, they were wilting, I've removed them from the greenhouse just incase it's beetle

@Lokstok83 Don't think you need worry about cucmber beetle; they don't seem to be found in the UK and are mainly an American thing.
You'll need a lot of chips when you eat that carp.

Cucumbers like a lot of heat, in the past I've grown them in my conservatory and they can be very temperamental.

 

Looks like I'll need some potatoes for my chips too bud, thank you for the information, I wasn't aware of that

It's been between 25-35° in my greenhouse, saying that I've not monitored the temperature through the night, would that effect it? Also I've noticed the leafs look happy during the mornings then look to be wilting during the day

 

I live in Scotland now so it's almost all fly fishing in freshwater these days, I did manage Carp and Pike to 20lbs and double figure Barbel some 20 years ago.

 

Some nice sizes there mate, do you get many carp up your way then? It's handy to know as I've started going further afield, hopefully France next year
