Some gorgeous photos on here, interesting to see the difference the red/green/blue filters make to the black and white images.

Thought I would add one for the slating :) (no tripod used, the place was absolutely heaving with crazy teenagers bumping into people).

Wow Michael. I love this shot and that you've focused on head and shoulders and not the whole bird, meaning his beautiful features are what catches the eye. Well done x

I'll share this one. I'm purely a point and shoot photographer,, a little lazy perhaps, but no desire to learn manual settings as more interested in digital manipulation after the fact. This was taken at Wildwood near Canterbury in Kent image.jpg

Im loving this thread, I'm not very good at photography, but like to see other people's photos :), I'm a 'point & press' type of photographer :heehee: sometimes I get a good photo sometimes I don't! I really think I should buy myself a camera though, the biggest problem is since I've had mobile phones with cameras built in ive not needed a camera as such.....that's just lazy!

Good morning @Michael Noble,I have to Google:heehee: delectation first its a lovely shot, personally I would have got more of the subject in,cropped it a little as I think that the wire in the background distracts from the main subject, but never the less a very good photo,
