If your day job is not garden related, you are in the wrong job mate! Absolutely gorgeous garden! :imphrt:

That senetti is simply stunning - does it just come back year after year?

              Thanks!!!

My job isnt garden related, but I'd love it as my job mate!

The senetti is only an annual but I don't know if successful cuttings can be taken? For instant colour they are great and the mrs loves them. It's the only plant that she knows. She isn't interested or enthusiastic about gardening at all which is a shame, but loves to sit in it like the last few days. Weather has been top notch for the weekend and I hope it continues now. :dancy: :hapydancsmil:

Senetti's are classed as annuals but I had one in the garden for three years, sadly it was doomed having been covered in snow for three weeks in March and is now as dead as a Dodo.

Senettias are tropical plants, and don't tolerate frost too well, so technically they can be perennial.. there was a time when they used to overwinter, and someone might have a huge bush but those days are gone!

First time I have seen one in the ground anyway :snork: Most people put them in pots!

Great stuff Al, really coming along now! It'll looks even better in the summer when all the herbaceous perennials are at full growth and everything is flowering :blue thumb:

A really eye catching style of planting with some really great plants, al. That garden didn't happen by itself and is a mark of a lot of effort, ideas, knowledge and a love of plant and of a real gardener, . My kind of garden!!:snork:
