How to Attain Various Germination Temperatures?

Yeah I'll plant a ton of them, if lots of them grow (unlikely if they're difficult as I'm a newbie and have no special equipment) I might be willing to share some with you. I have no idea how I'd post them though.
I was told in a different thread that they require a cold period before they'll germinate so I'll be putting some in a seed tray, home made, in putting the tray into the shed.

I have no idea how well Morning Glory grow. I assumed, for some reason, that they were hard to grow. I'm glad they're easy though, I plan to grow them everywhere.

Your's does, but I think it is confusing because the colour of links is the same as the text - so unless you put your mouse over it you can't easily know if it is a link.

Was that the problem? or something else?

In another post I asked for the colour of links to be changed, so they are more obvious, so that may yet change.
