How to cook courgette ?

    Some nice sounding recipes here.....gonna try some. My way of cooking them is to slice them and saute in a little olive oil, only takes 5-8 minutes. Add chopped garlic and marjoram a minute or two before they're ready. Yummy, the marjoram goes really well with them.

    Thanks for all the yummy recipes. I had part of one of my cougettes yesterday roasted and I was wondering what I was gonna do with the rest as I'm the only one that eats them. Think I might have a go at the bready one later when I've got another one and this time fry it yum yum

    First time i had them was in Rimini Italy ,fried in a little olive oil.They were gorgeous and i still love them like that.My hubby pops them in all his stir fries :)
